I can start the Bounty Hunter and Collector roles but I don't have any mission icon for the trader. So, I've been investigating and learning the mechanics and stuff, and learned about the roles. Anywhere on the northern half is good, I find the area is mostly flat with a good variety of animals dear/sheep/pigs etc, so you don't max out one meat type too fast.
